Once again Picasso’s painting has set a world record at auction. His paintings have sold for over Rs 700 crore. An auction was held in New York City, USA for the famous painting of Picasso called ‘Mary Three’.

This painting was created by Picasso in 1932. Almost 90 years later, when this painting was placed in front of an audience, it set a world record. The painting was actually auctioned for 90 million, but with taxes and other charges added, its total value has risen to 3 103.4 million, or Rs 700 crore.

According to the information received, there was no delay in bidding for this painting, and people decided its price quickly.

In just 19 minutes, Picasso’s paintings sold for 3 103.4 million. World famous, Picasso was born in 1881 in Spain. He died in 1973. While most sectors are in recession due to the Corona epidemic and the market is closing, the sale of Picasso’s paintings for Rs 700 crore proves just how big a name it is in the art world.

Talking about the theme of this painting, it shows a girl sitting by her window. Eight years ago, the same painting sold for .8 44.8 million in London. Now it has been auctioned off at more than double the price. So far, five of Picasso’s paintings have sold over 100 million. Picasso’s paintings are at the top of the world in terms of auctions.
